After completing our Inquiry Form, a link to our scheduler will be sent to you to book a 30-minute video consultation with us. Here, you’re welcome to ask all of your questions and we'll guide you to perfect selections that will complement each other beautifully. After our meeting, a tailored proposal will be sent to you.

After approval, you'll receive a Client Portal with the contract, invoice, design proofs, and other documents. A 60% deposit is required to secure your date in our calendar.

Your Design Proof is created with your selections, wording, and customizations. After approval, the remaining balance is due and your designs are off to print and assembly.

Your invitations are ready for delivery! Once you receive your invitations, take a moment to treasure them and then drop them off at the post office!
The Timeline
The entire process takes about 5 - 9 weeks, depending on the print method, paper selection(s) and embellishments selected. Generally, digitally printed invitations have a faster turnaround time than letterpress and foil printing. Here is a basic breakdown of a timeline you can expect:

We recommend that your invitations be sent to your guests 2.5 - 3 months before your wedding date (5 - 6 months for destination weddings). With that being said, to work together, we would recommend that we start the design process 5 - 6 months before your wedding. If your wedding is less than 5 months away, feel free to let us know and we can see if we are able to accommodate a quicker turnaround time.

Yes! In fact, most of our couples start with a Semi-Custom Suite and add their own unique custom personal touches. Please book a consultation and we’ll chat further!

Yes, every invitation is fully assembled. When they arrive to you, all you need to do is stamp them and drop them off at the post office!

Stamps are not included, however that is a service we can provide if you are interested. However, we will calculate how much postage is required for your invitations and suggest stamps that would complement your invitations.
